Matt Lauer dressed as Dolly Parton, Savannah Guthrie took on Kenny Rogers, Al Roker donned braids for Willie Nelson, Carson Daly made a convincing Billy Ray Cyrus, Megyn Kelly killed as Shania Twain, Kathie Lee Gifford rode in on a swivel chair from The Voice to portray Miley Cyrus, and Hoda Kotb dressed up like her celebrity crush, Blake Shelton.
